For Personalized orders, make sure spelling is correct and verify your order confirmation sent to you by email for all orders including phone orders. We are not responsible for any mispelled name or word not reported within 1 business day.

There's no charge for rush orders nor for handling / packing. All our shipments are guaranteed and insured via UPS or Fedex with complete tracking capabilities. Please provide a correct street address for delivery. Available shipping methods (This is the transit time only and does not include order processing time):

• Ground: via UPS Ground service. 2 to 5 business days within the continental USA depending on your Zip Code (We ship from Massachusetts).
• 3-DAY: Via UPS 3 business days Guaranteed almost anywhere in the USA.
• 2-DAY: Via UPS or Fedex 2-days air. Guaranteed 2 business days shipping almost anywhere in the USA.
• 1-DAY: via UPS or Fedex overnight shipping. Guarenteed 1 Business Day.
• USPS Priority: United States Postal Service 2-3 days priority service in the USA.
  

Note:

Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands... can be sent via USPS Priority Mail to minimize shipping charges.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available via UPS or US Postal Service. Please note that USPS - Priority International shipping does not have detailed tracking capabilities and is not insured. Insurance can be added at your request for an additional cost depending on the value of your order. If you select USPS - International Priority Mail without insurance, we cannot be responsible if the package is delayed, lost or damaged in the mail. International shipping cost does not include taxes, customs or other fees at the country of destination which are the customer's responsibility. Insurance fee varies but it usually is about 5% of the order and if you want it added for USPS shipping, you must specify your request in the Special Instructions field.

To ensure your satisfaction with this sensitive product, we have established specific procedures:

• If temperature is above 70 degrees F or if you are in Forida, Texas, California or any other hot area, please choose 1 or 2-day shipping for chocolate.
• To ensure protection from heat and to avoid melting during shipping, chocolates are shipped in a foil insulated cooler and ice packs. In this case, you must order one cooler per order. Click Here to order a cooler
• You must provide a shipping address which will enable someone to personally accept your shipment of chocolate to make sure they are received in good conditions.
• As an alternative to chocolate cigars, you can always order our Deluxe Bubble Gum Cigars that require no cooler nor expedited shipping.
• We do not ship Chocolate if the temperature is above 90 degrees F.

We are proud of the quality of our products and we guarantee and stand behind all of our merchandise. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.

Please open and inspect your order within 5 calendar days of receiving it.

• Credit may be issued on non-custom items if you contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
• Credit Card Returns are subject to 10% transaction fee. No Returns or cancellations on custom made or personalized favors.
• A return authorization number (RA) needs to be granted before sending any return. Please e-mail us at service@favoronline.net to obtain a return authorization AND the address of the appropriate return warehouse.
• Returns must be properly accompanied by a RA number and received by us within seven days from the date the RA was issued.
• Any return must be sent back in its original form and packaging and shipped prepaid and insured by the customer.
• NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: We trust that you understand that we cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or customized. Confectionery merchandise and edible products are not returnable (Almonds, chocolate, candy, cigars...etc).
